Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile name and email.
Journal Content
We store the text, audio recordings, scanned images, and uploaded documents you provide as journal entries. Audio recordings are transcribed and the transcription is stored alongside the original file.
AI-Generated Insights
Our AI analyzes your journal entries to produce attachment-style scores, pattern summaries, and personalized feedback. These generated insights are stored in your account.
Usage Data
We automatically collect basic usage information such as pages visited, feature usage frequency, device type, and browser type to improve our Service.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service, including AI analysis features
- To personalize your experience and deliver attachment insights
- To process transactions and manage subscriptions
- To send you reminders and notifications you have opted into

3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and regular security audits. Audio recordings and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
Journal entries and personal data are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

AI Processing
Journal text is sent to our AI provider for analysis. Content is processed per their data handling policies and is not used to train AI models.
Payment Processing
Stripe processes payments and receives necessary billing information.
Cloud Infrastructure
Our hosting providers store and serve application data under strict data processing agreements.
We do not sell your personal information or journal content to advertisers or data brokers.
